Potsdam - Seit der allerersten Folge im Jahr 1992 ist Urgestein Wolfgang Bahro Overlord Characters bei GZSZ dabei? - NebencharakterThe group was disbanded after the leader died.
Nazarick declared war on the Lizardmen in order to solidify their control over the region. In response, the tribes formed an alliance, but were defeated.
Fortunately, Cocytus came to respect the Lizardmen and requested Ainz to show them mercy, causing him to place them under his supervision.
Afterwards, the Lizardmen came to revere Ainz as a god. The organisation holds quite a large amount of influence, effectively controlling the entire nation from the shadows.
The organization first made contact with Nazarick after Sebas saved one of their slaves, Tuareninya. While they were able to retrieve her, this caused Ainz to order their destruction.
However, Demiurge saw value in them and instead took over the organization by torturing its leaders into submission. The entire group was disbanded after all its members were either killed or taken into custody.
It was once a feudal state, until the current Emperor established an absolute monarchy by purging the nobility. Under his rule, the Empire grew prosperous.
The Empire also has annual territorial skirmishes with the Re-Estize Kingdom. The Empire was the first nation to make contact with Nazarick.
Fearing their power, the Emperor accepted the tomb as an independent nation while attempting to rally other human nations against it.
However, they instead all became terrified of them. Afterwards, the Emperor submitted to Nazarick, and the Empire became a vassal state.
They are a mobile nation mostly composed of miners, with everything that is mined belonging to the state. The Dwarf Kingdom was facing an invasion by the Quagoa and Frost Dragons when Ainz made a diplomatic visit to the nation.
Taking advantage of the situation, Ainz ended the Quagoa and Frost Dragon threat in return for a trade deal. While many Dwarfs don't trust Ainz, there are some who truly respect and admire him.
While normally a solitary species, the Frost Dragon Lord dreamed of a Frost Dragon Empire and build a huge family with its mates while laying siege to the Dwarf Kingdom's former capital to serve as their nesting grounds.
Ainz confronted the Frost Dragons to reclaim the capital as part of a trade deal he made with the Dwarves. He then killed the Frost Dragon Lord, causing the remaining dragons to swear loyalty to him out of fear.
They used to wage war against one another until a single Quagoa united the tribes and began a war against the Dwarf Kingdom for control of all of the Azerlisia Mountains.
Unfortunately, just as the Quagoa were gaining ground on the Dwarves, Ainz visited the Dwarf Kingdom, who had Aura and Shalltear deal with them as part of a trade deal.
In the end, the two Floor Guardians massacred the demi-humans and the survivors swore servitude to Ainz to guarantee their survival.
Jaldabaoth Demiurge in disguise conquered the Abelion Hills and had its inhabitants attack the Roble Holy Kingdom. Ainz later laid claim to the region, officially making it part of the Nazarick.
Unaware to anyone, however, this was Demiurge's plan all along. They are a race of earthworm-like demi-human.
Males are rare within the species, causing them to automatically become royalty upon birth. While initially part of the Demi-Human Alliance due to their prince being abducted, they later betrayed them after the 'Holy Kingdom Liberation Army' rescued the prince.
Afterwards, survivors found refuge with Nazarick. A Demi-Human collation formed under Jaldabaoth Demiurge in disguise to invade the Holy Kingdom.
While they were able to lay siege to the Northern Holy Kingdom, a rebel force known as the Holy Kingdom Liberation Army was eventually able to drive them out with aid from Nazarick.
Its members never realized they were being used as pawns in Demiurge's plans. Their work primarily involves hunting monsters and escorting people, making them essentially just glorified mercenaries.
While they tend to operate from a specific country, they swear loyalty to no nationality. Its members were very close, with the group deriving its name from their dream of collecting the legendary "Swords of Darkness".
Unfortunately, all members were killed by Clementine and Khajiit after a joint mission with Momon Ainz' Adventurer persona , effectively disbanding the group.
Its members are very close to one another, although they occasionally bicker. They were regarded the strongest adventurer group in the Kingdom, until Darkness arrived.
This grants them a great deal of freedom, although they also lack the assistance of the guild. Due to this freedom, a great deal of their work tends to be illegal.
In addition, like Adventurers, they swear allegiance to no nationality. They were all good-natured people and very close friends.
Strength-wise, they were on par with high-level Adventurers. They were one of four Worker Groups hired to raid Nazarick.
Unfortunately, the entire group was killed by Ainz after they encountered and accidentally angered him. Their name came from a Green Dragon they slew.
While they didn't enter the tomb, they were all killed by a group of Undead while guarding the entrance, effectively disbanding the group.
They were one of the four Worker Groups hired to raid Nazarick. The group consisted of fourteen members, but only five were present during the raid on Nazarick.
Therefore, the group could still exist, minus the five who died in Nazarick. While a Group in name, aside from the leader, all other members were his Elven slaves.
The group was disbanded after the leader died. Afterwards, because they did not willingly trespass into Nazarick, Ainz spared the Elves and gave them to Aura and Mare.
The embodiment of a failed state; corrupt nobles and crime lords undermined it from within while the Baharuth Empire encroached on its territory.
A character with such an immense hatred for humans is going to be hard to be very likable. It isn't a dislike she even tries to hide, openly wearing it on her sleeve whenever she encounters one.
This hate doesn't lead to her killing them indiscriminately, however, the feeling is always simmering beneath her. Nonetheless, she's a trusted confidant of Ainz, one of those who accompanied him as he attempted to be a hero, showing the restraint she has as she constantly fought the urge to kill anyone who was rude to her master.
She's loyal to Ainz and honest to those around her, that's about the only positive traits that Shalltear has to her. That loyalty only applies to Ainz as she's killed her subordinates due to their failure before.
RELATED: 10 Overlord Cosplays That Look Just Like The Anime. This lack of patience is her most negative and annoying trait as she can fly off the handle regularly over anything she deems a failure.
As a vampire , seeing too much blood can also send her off the deep end, tearing her victims apart. Over the top is the best way to describe Pandora's Actor, he's the type of person who has no idea how to scale back, always taking things up to It makes him a fun character to have around, especially when he's grating on others around him.
He's also not afraid to ask for clarification on a task or offer up his own suggestions, showing he has more of a backbone than some.
That said, the bombastic qualities of his personality can make him a tad annoying at times. While she's very clingy towards Ainz, Albedo's one of the more likable NPCs under his employ.
She isn't afraid to speak her mind during discussions, willing to challenge anyone if she feels their plan isn't good. With how calm and collected she can be, her ideas often surpass even her masters, making her his chief council.
Unfortunately, she's also a very jealous character, one that's prone to outbursts whenever she feels someone is getting close to Ainz.
Still, it's hard not to relate to someone as in love as she is. Mare is a bundle of nerves, a tower of cards that are perpetually on the verge of collapsing.
It makes him an interesting character as he's a wholly subservient character in a sea of dominant ones.
RELATED: Overlord: 10 Pieces Of Awesome Fan Art We Love. His fears are always on display with the stutter he has in his speech and the cowardice he has to ever being scolded by Ainz.
The one drawback to his character is that he's so crippled by his nerves that he struggles to ever do anything on his own, always preferring to be with his sister.
It's hard to gauge Ainz as, at times, he can be incredibly selfish, only caring about his progression, particularly when it comes to experimenting with his powers.
On the other side of the coin, he's also very caring to his NPCs, wanting them to enjoy themselves and not be overly burdened by work. His loyalty can be unmatched once you've earned his respect or trust.
He's also open to differing viewpoints than his own, far from the dictator you'd expect from his appearance. It's hard not to like the cheery dark elf who injects a needed bit of cheerfulness among the gloomy floor guardians.
She's filled with so much zest that at times she feels out of place among the others, which makes her such a great character. While she is loyal to Ainz and would do just about anything for him, she also has her own goals, wanting to collect as many unique beasts as she can.
